*Beginners classes: Only classes marked "Beginners" are suitable for complete beginners. If you are new to Pilates then you will be required to take a course of private sessions before being placed onto any other classes. In some cases (post-pregnancy, injuries, etc..) it may be necessary to take a course of private sessions before joining a beginners class. The number of sessions needed will vary from person to person

Pregnancy: Please note that general classes are NOT suitable for pregnancy unless by special arrangement with your instructor. Pilates is not recommended for pregnant women between weeks 6 and 14. We do run special ante-natal classes for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. See the antenatal section for details.
