Class Timetable & Location

Location: Classes take place in the following locations in and around Blackheath:

  • Friends Meeting House, Lawn Terrace, Blackheath. SE3. Click Here for map.

List of Classes:

We are now offering Introduction to Pilates classes. These classes will give you a good grounding in the basics of Pilates breathing, alignment and centring and will enable you to move confidently into an ongoing beginners or improvers class. The Intro classes take place at the Little Pilates Studio in Greenwich on Wednesdays. See schedule below (blue text) for days/times.

We are also now offering Reformer classes, Zumba classes, Barre Fit classes AND ballet for kids in our Greenwich studio.

Pregnancy: Please note that general classes are NOT suitable for pregnancy unless by special arrangement with your instructor. Pilates is not recommended for pregnant women between weeks 6 and 14. We do run special ante-natal classes for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. See the antenatal section for details.
