*Beginners classes: If you are new to Pilates then you may be required to complete the introduction course or take a course of private sessions before being placed onto any other classes.
Pregnancy: Please note that general classes are NOT suitable for pregnancy unless by special arrangement with your instructor. Pilates is not recommended for pregnant women between weeks 6 and 14. We do run special ante-natal classes for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. See the antenatal section for details.
